Serafima started her career at IBM, where she worked in both Hungary and Copenhagen with IT Finance. Transitioning to Nordea Bank, she led the Group IT Finance team, and later transitioned into the Big Data organisation where she led projects and programmes.
A move to Copenhagen FinTech – an incubator organisation – allowed Serafima to run projects with internal startups and external partners. Serafima later worked at TradeShift – a Copenhagen based scale-up – within the portfolio management office – running multiple projects.
